    @veriawellness Hi, yes; I also help a local shelter with rescues and am now harboring 11! 10 are raw/natural prey fed ferrets, one remains a kibble cruncher. Ages range from 8 months old to 7 years old. Some being treated for adrenal problems. Ferrets are great, fun loving, smart companions requiring research before bringing them home. Many “treats” and foods sold for ferrets are actually toxic – or contribute to horrible health problems. Sweets, fruits and veggies shouldn’t be fed to ferrets.

    Raisins have proved to be toxic to ferrets – PLEASE do NOT use raisins as treats!
