@MrGrantlen Generally yes. You may have to train one or the other to use the box regularly. The best way to do that is put poo in the box and if you catch the ferret trying to poo in the wrong spot scruff the ferret hiss at it and put it in the litter box. Ferrets will scruff and hiss at a subordinate ferret when it gets out of line. This can be used to train for anything. I have been successfully using this to train my ferret to stay out of the kids room (for her safety)
@qwertycamtube From the pet store my ferret cost $179 for one. My ferret came fixed and vaccinated so I haven’t had to have that done yet so IDK about the vet. The cage can cost you any where between $50 (to build it yourself out of say a book shelf from craigslist) and $250. The hammocks and toys etc can cost between $50 (if you sew the hammocks yourself) and $150-$200. They are NOT cheap to start with. And feeding a raw diet is healthier for them and makes them live longer. HTH
